Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking an experienced Data Centre Construction Manager to lead delivery of a major mission-critical data centre project in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee on-site construction activities across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, ICT and ELV works, ensuring safety, quality, programme and cost control.

This site-based role, located about 80 km from Riyadh, requires regular on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction management experience.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale Data Centre or mission-critical projects.
• Strong experience leading multidisciplinary teams across Civil, Structural, MEP, ICT and ELV.
• Experience with testing, commissioning and project handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction delivery of a large-scale Data Centre project.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary construction teams across all disciplines.
• Interface with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Drive site operations to meet programme, budget, quality and safety objectives.
• Review methodologies, logistics, sequencing and resource planning.
• Mentor site engineers, supervisors and construction personnel.
• Manage punch lists, defects, and final handover processes.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams for Integrated systems testing.
