Job summary

This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and emphasizes adherence to quality, safety, and compliance protocols, ensuring operational readiness of MEP systems upon handover.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in MEP construction management, particularly with data centre or mission-critical projects.
• Proven supervisory skills in large-scale construction projects.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, ELV, and ICT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead site supervision of MEP works across project phases.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to specifications.
