Job summary

Delta is seeking a senior Data Centre Sales professional in Saudi Arabia to lead business development and win complex projects. You will work with account teams to quote, propose, and close opportunities with customers, partners, and system integrators.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in data center infrastructure, 10+ years in business development, fluent English and Arabic, and a strong Saudi network. You will drive revenue, engage CXOs, and coordinate with Design & SSE teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical).
• 7+ years of experience in Data Center infrastructure, Power and/or Cooling solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Development and Partner ecosystem development.
• Proven track record in complex, consultative sales.
• Strong network within the Saudi Data Center ecosystem.
• Strong technical understanding of Data Center infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build and nurture client relationships.
• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
• Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Level executives (CXO).
• Understand customer requirements and deliver a consultative approach and solution-based selling.
• Ensure follow up on actions and activities.
• Be accountable for Data Centre Sales targets to our customers in Saudi.
• Develop proposals to customers with accurate solution leveraging Design & SSE teams.
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise Data Centre Partners (System Integrators and Contractors).
• Achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Discover new growth areas.
• Promote Delta Data Centre solutions to customers and partners.
• Validate/prioritize engagement in high potential opportunities.
• Report on successes and areas needing improvements.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Data Centre based solutions and customers’ business requirements to drive our offering in this area.
• Prioritize activities according to revenue generation and corporate strategy.
• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
