Job summary

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking an experienced sales professional to identify, develop, and close opportunities in the data center and mission-critical facilities market across Saudi Arabia. You will build strong relationships with data center owners, operators, consultants, and EPC contractors to drive growth in precision cooling solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years HVAC sales experience in data center or mission-critical environments.
• Strong technical understanding of precision cooling systems and data-center cooling solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B technical sales environment.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE TC9.9 guidelines and data center Tier classifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new data center cooling opportunities.
• Build relationships with data center owners, operators, consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for precision cooling systems.
• Conduct site assessments and design cooling solutions with engineering teams.
• Present technical solutions addressing energy efficiency, redundancy and reliability.
• Develop and execute account and territory sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations and bid submissions.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales per pricing and margin guidelines.
• Stay current on data center industry trends and emerging cooling technologies.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering and service teams for smooth handover.
