Job summary

Anter Recruitment is partnering with an international Engineering & Construction business to source a Project Lead / Senior Project Manager for Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will drive complex data center and high-tech construction programs, balancing hands-on delivery with strategic oversight in a fast-growing regional hub.

You will lead cross-functional teams, shape project delivery frameworks, and manage stakeholders to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality align with Vision 2030 objectives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Senior Project Manager or Project Lead in GC environments.
• Direct delivery experience of mission-critical facilities (data centers, semiconductors, biotech).
• Proven leadership with teams through complex, fast-paced lifecycles.
• Regional knowledge of Middle East/KSA market and Vision 2030 initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, high-tech construction projects from inception to handover (data centers, semiconductors, biotech).
• Shape regional project delivery frameworks and SOPs for the Riyadh core team.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing project team aligned to growth plans.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, sub-contractors, and internal stakeholders; align with Vision 2030 objectives.
• Maintain tight control of schedules, budgets, technical compliance, quality, and HSE.
