Job summary

Anotech in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to direct the overall electrical, mechanical and digital aspects of AI data center infrastructure projects in Riyadh. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure performance, reliability, scalability, quality and safety, and act as the main technical contact for the client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, MEP, or related Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in data center, critical infrastructure, or similar large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in data center infrastructure and technical project leadership.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including MV/LV systems, UPS, transformers, cooling, EPMS/BMS, and related infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong client-facing, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with large-scale or hyperscale data center projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in the GCC/Saudi Arabia is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall technical scope of AI data center infrastructure projects.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for the client and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate Electrical, Mechanical, and Digital engineering teams.
• Lead technical design and solution development from concept through implementation and commissioning.
• Review and ensure integration of critical data center systems, including power, cooling, UPS, electrical distribution, monitoring and control systems.
• Manage technical risks, design changes, deviations, and engineering issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Support technical discussions, presentations, and negotiations with the client.
• Drive standardization and scalability of technical solutions across the program.
• Provide technical support during testing, commissioning, and project handover.
