Job summary

Data Services Saudi Arabia Limited One Person Company, a unit associated with Amazon Web Services, is seeking a Data Center Training Specialist / Customer Success Engineer to help deliver education and training programs within the Riyadh region.

You will work with local institutions and internal teams to create long-term talent pipelines, track metrics, and ensure timely delivery of training initiatives to support AWS data center growth in the cluster.

Qualifications

• Technical background with some Data Center experience.
• Experience delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience managing training/learning related projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute education, pre-skilling and talent pipeline strategies.
• Design and implement training programs for data center operations.
• Manage relationships with educational institutions and industry partners.
• Establish KPI frameworks and analytics for training programs.
• Collaborate with Data Center Learning and cluster leadership to scale initiatives.
