Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking Data Center Engineers/Technicians to join our Infrastructure Operations team in Saudi Arabia. You will diagnose hardware and network problems, perform repairs, and ensure IT infrastructure uptime in AWS data centers.

You’ll collaborate with security, operations, and other teams to resolve issues quickly while upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience with racks, cabling, and data center operations, contributing to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in computer networking, or experience working with Linux operating systems.
Computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience, or experience in similar technical or vocational roles.
Saudi National only

Responsibilities

Follow and maintain the highest safety standards and diligently encourage a world-class safety culture.
Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures.
Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations).
