Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in computer networking or in Linux operating systems.
• Computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Saudi National only.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
• Troubleshooting events within SLAs.
• Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required.
