Job Purpose:
To provide outstanding service to patients and visitors, receive their inquiries, assist them with booking appointments, and provide information related to medical services—ensuring a positive and professional patient experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Respond to patients’ inquiries via phone, in-person, or through the approved communication channels.
Book, confirm, modify, and cancel appointments according to the established procedures.
Provide basic information about the center’s services, doctors, and clinic schedules.
Direct patients to the appropriate departments and clinics.
Follow up on patients’ requests, inquiries, and complaints, and work to resolve them or *escalate* them to the relevant authority.
Coordinate with medical and administrative departments to ensure the speed and quality of patients’ service.
Update patients’ information and record notes and requests in the approved systems.
Monitor appointments and communicate with patients to confirm or remind them when needed.
Maintain the confidentiality of patients’ data and comply with privacy policies.
Treat patients with respect, calmness, and professionalism, especially in cases of inquiries or complaints.
Contribute to improving the patient experience and the quality of customer service.
Comply with the medical center’s policies and procedures, the dress code, and professional conduct standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or higher.
No specific major is required.
Previous experience in customer service or reception is preferred, and preferably in the medical sector.
Good communication and patient-handling skills.
Proficiency in using computers and appointment systems.
Ability to work under pressure and handle a large number of visitors.
Tact, good appearance, and the ability to interact professionally.
