Coordinate and manage the doctor’s appointments and ensure the clinic schedule is organized.
Receive patients, greet them, and provide the necessary support.
Follow up on appointment bookings, confirm them, and reschedule when needed.
Coordinate between the doctor, patients, and the medical and administrative staff.
Follow up on patients’ files and ensure all required information is complete.
Respond to patients’ inquiries and handle them professionally.
Follow up with patients before and after appointments according to the doctor’s instructions.
Maintain the confidentiality of patients’ data and information.
Carry out administrative tasks related to the clinic and the doctor.
Saudi nationality.
Relevant qualification.
Previous experience in clinics or hospitals, or in the customer service field, is preferred.
Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
Good appearance, tact, and professionalism.
Ability to organize appointments and manage time.
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
