Opus in Riyadh seeks an experienced Medical Administrative Coordinator to organize the physician's schedule, manage registrations, and ensure smooth interactions between patients and the medical team.

Job Purpose: Organize the administrative and coordination tasks related to the physician, and facilitate communication between him and patients and the medical team, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize the physician’s appointments, confirm them, and coordinate any changes or rescheduling.
Receive patients and assist them with registration and check-in procedures.
Respond to inquiries and direct patients to the appropriate department, while maintaining the privacy of their information.
Prepare patients’ files and ensure that all required data and reports are complete.
Coordinate with medical and administrative departments regarding referrals, examinations, and follow-up.
Follow up with visitors after the visit according to the approved procedures.
Prepare administrative correspondence and reports related to the physician’s work.
Organize the physician’s schedule, meetings, and daily tasks.
Comply with the healthcare facility’s policies and confidentiality and patient safety procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
A suitable qualification in administration or secretarial work, or a related field.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using computers and appointment and medical records systems.
Accuracy, organization, and the ability to prioritize.
