Job summary

Riyad Bank is seeking a CRM/Data Analytics professional to build, maintain and enhance our CRM database, generating customer insights and developing CRM-driven initiatives.

You will work with IT and business units to implement campaigns, analyze data, and report on performance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety and quality standards.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology is required, with a focus on data analysis and CRM systems.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Builds, maintains and enhances CRM database in collaboration with IT to ensure that the updates are incorporated and reflected.
• Develops algorithms and analyses customer data to identify business opportunities while continuously looking for business insights.
• Understands the business impact of the analysis made and communicates to concerned business units in order to assist in decision making process.
• Communicates with various business units and works with designated champions to collect and analyze data in order to successfully implement CRM-driven initiatives.
• Works with sales staff to develop campaigns and capture key learning’s to ensure that concerned parties are well informed, trained and updated.
• Collaborates with other functions to understand business needs, solicit feedback in improving CRM systems and drive key initiatives.
• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards.
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
