Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive – BYD is seeking a Service Advisor in Saudi Arabia (KSA). You will be the primary link between customers and the workshop, guiding the service journey from reception to delivery and building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include diagnosing customer concerns, preparing RO and estimates, coordinating with technicians, and driving service revenue while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised automotive dealership.
• Experience handling customer-pay, warranty, insurance, and fleet service transactions.
• Experience with aftersales customer service, repair order management, and workshop coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their service requirements; conduct vehicle walk-around inspections.
• Create detailed Repair Orders with costs and timelines; obtain customer approvals.
• Coordinate with technicians and supervisors to monitor progress and meet delivery timelines.
• Communicate progress, delays, and revised estimates to customers; handle additional repairs with authorization.
• Support service sales targets and promote maintenance plans and vehicle care packages.
• Explain repairs and provide handover with invoice details and future recommendations.
