Job summary

A leading automotive service company in Riyadh is seeking a customer service representative with expertise in high-end vehicles. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience and strong Arabic and English communication skills. Responsibilities include greeting customers, managing complaints, and maintaining records. A valid SAR driving license is preferred. The position requires commitment during working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in dealer or high-end vehicles.
• Good Arabic and English communication skills are required.
• Knowledge in auto body repairs and parts is essential.
• Valid SAR driving license is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer excellent customer service.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Maintain customer records and enter data in databases.
