• Support the end-to-end implementation of the Group Cross-Sell road map, coordinating milestones and deliverables.
• Monitor Cross Sell performance, referrals KPIs, and management dashboards; escalate issues as needed.
• Identify implementation gaps and dependencies and support timely escalation and resolution.
