Tawantech is seeking to support the end-to-end implementation of a Group Cross-Sell roadmap. You will coordinate and track activities, milestones, and deliverables while supporting client nominations, target setting, and engagement rules.

The role requires strong banking understanding, project execution and stakeholder management, plus advanced Excel and BI skills to monitor performance and KPIs. Collaboration and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in cross-sell or related banking programs.
• Proven ability to drive non-linear projects with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and performance management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and track implementation activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support Strategic client nomination, target setting, BSC and rules of engagement.
• Monitor Cross Sell Performance, referrals, KPIs, and management dashboard.
• Identify implementation gaps, dependencies and issues, and support timely escalation and resolution.
