The role requires 4+ years in airline operations or crew management, strong organizational skills, and calm problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in airline operations or crew management.
• Strong experience with crew logistics, roster and tracking tools, and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee crew support across 24/7 operations, ensuring timely assistance for attendance, welfare, travel and operational queries.
• Manage attendance tracking, anomaly reporting, fatigue-related matters, and scheduling disruptions.
• Coordinate hotel bookings, flights, and ground transportation in line with policies and support accommodation planning.
• Provide liaison between operational teams and the broader organization, including emergency response readiness and reporting.
• Support business travel records and ensure clear communication with crew, station teams, and service partners.
