Qualifications

• Degree qualified with 4+ years in airline operations or crew management.

• Strong organisational skills, calm problem-solving, and customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24/7 crew support and inquiries handling.
• Coordinate travel, hotel bookings, flights, and ground transportation.
• Support attendance tracking, anomaly reporting, and scheduling disruptions.
• Report to stakeholders and support emergency response readiness.
