Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related discipline.
• Minimum four years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong conceptual design skills and understanding of spatial design.
• Portfolio showing creativity and detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit, 3ds Max, and rendering software.
• Experience using AI design and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and translate briefs into sketches and presentations.
• Produce space plans, elevations, sections, and interior design details.
• Create 3D models, visualizations, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with senior designers, BIM teams, and engineers.
• Assist in design reviews, client meetings, and site verification.
• Support BOQs, tender submissions, and procurement packages.
