Job summary

CLEAR Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Interior Designer to create unique concepts that meet client needs in a Riyadh-based project environment. You will develop mood boards, space plans, and material choices while ensuring compliance with safety codes and client budgets.

The role involves client meetings, on-site coordination with contractors, and end-to-end project oversight from concept to completion, using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit BIM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 3–5 years of interior design experience, managing projects from concept to completion. Proficient in mood boards, color schemes, materials and finishes.
• Licensure or certification by a recognized board is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Corona, Revit BIM, 3ds Max and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Create unique interior design concepts meeting client needs and expectations.
• Develop mood boards and visual presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct spatial assessments and develop layout plans to maximize functionality.
• Ensure optimal flow and adherence to safety and building codes.
• Research and source materials, furnishings, and finishes aligning with the design vision.
• Meet with clients to discuss preferences, budget, and objectives; maintain communication throughout the process.
• Create and manage project budgets; prepare cost estimates and negotiate with suppliers.
• Oversee execution of design projects from concept to completion; coordinate with contractors and vendors on-site.
• Stay informed about local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards; ensure designs comply with regulations.
