Job summary

DAO-Badran is seeking an experienced Senior BIM Specialist to support the Interior Design Department in developing, coordinating, and delivering complex interior projects. You will manage interior BIM models, maintain standards, and coordinate with architecture, MEP, lighting, and specialists from concept through construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related discipline.
• Minimum seven years of professional interior design BIM delivery experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for modelling and documentation.
• Experience coordinating interior design with architecture, MEP, and structure.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, LOD, and information management.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain interior BIM models across project stages.
• Translate concepts into accurate, coordinated Revit models.
• Produce interior drawings: plans, elevations, sections, schedules.
• Coordinate interior models with architecture, MEP, lighting, and specialists.
• Conduct clash detection, quality checks, and coordination audits.
• Ensure deliverables comply with BIM Execution Plans and DAO-Badran standards.
• Develop Revit families, material libraries, and annotation systems.
• Support tendering, construction documentation, and BOQ preparation.
