You will lead a senior team, manage bids, and ensure robust QHSE standards while building the regional pipeline and talent development. This is a high-impact, client-facing role in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree with professional qualifications in engineering or related field.
• Demonstrable success in design, project management and delivery.
• Strong understanding of design & engineering practices and client leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver site operations strategy and country-level business plan.
• Lead bid activities, proposals, and governance.
• Manage P&L, invoicing, cash collection and budget targets.
• Develop client relationships and win critical regional opportunities.
• Coach and develop local management team and drive continuous improvement.
