Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Country Head of Site Supervision in the Riyadh region. This senior, client-facing role focuses on achieving financial targets, driving growth, and maintaining QHSE standards across site operations.

You will lead business planning, bid management, CRM governance, and develop key client relationships while mentoring regional teams and steering market leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior, client-facing role requiring the ability to develop critical client relationships.
• Maintain and improve QHSE standards and drive sustainable growth of Site Operations.
• Attract, retain and develop talent; lead projects when required.
• Coach, mentor and develop management teams and lead business-improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Produce a Country Level business plan for your business unit for review and sign off by the Regional Site Operations Director.
• Review current SO capability statements and update as necessary.
• Manage and take ownership of all fee proposals with bidding/commercial/legal teams.
• Attend bid/no bid meetings and make decisions with the Regional Site Operations Director.
• Attend and manage stage gate presentations; close out fee proposals, successful or not.
• Lead Projects when required and manage CRM up-to-date.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and plan new opportunities; diarize meetings.
• Nominate key account managers and produce metrics.
• Lead marketing and sales pipeline activities aligned with regional strategy.
