You will analyze market trends, coordinate launches with marketing and sales, and develop actionable plans to improve profitability while ensuring outstanding customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Experience in category management, buying or retail in cosmetics/beauty.
• Strong understanding of category strategy, assortment, pricing and KPIs.
• Ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with supplier relationships and negotiations.

• Lead Category Strategy: drive cosmetics category strategy and business plan.
• Manage Product Assortment: optimize mix and growth opportunities.
• Drive Category Performance: monitor sales, profitability, pricing and inventory.

• Manage Supplier Relationships: support negotiations and opportunities.
• Analyze Market Trends: identify opportunities from market and competitor data.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Activities: align launches and campaigns.
• Reporting & Insights: prepare category performance reports and forecasts.
• Lead & Develop the Team: guide category team and ensure execution.
