Life Quality in Jeddah seeks an experienced Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives in the cosmetics and beauty care sector. You will drive brand identity, product launches and integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in cosmetics branding, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to grow market share and strengthen positioning in a competitive landscape. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Proven Brand Manager experience in cosmetics/beauty.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics/beauty market, consumer behavior and trends.
• Experience developing brand strategies and marketing plans.
• Experience managing portfolios, launches and positioning.
• Experience executing integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate brand performance and opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and PM skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, marketing and cross-functional teams.
• Creative, self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
