Job summary

Riyad Bank seeks an experienced CSR professional to lead sustainable community initiatives in Riyadh. You will plan, implement, and manage programs delivering social and economic impact, aligning with the bank’s objectives and coordinating with local authorities.

The role focuses on creating a comprehensive CSR strategy, tracking outcomes, and reporting progress while ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental policies across activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in community service.

Responsibilities

• Develops Riyad Bank Community Service strategy, plans, initiatives and budget aligned with marketing and overall objectives.
• Plans and executes economic development initiatives via grants, community service, voluntary programs, etc. to enhance the bank’s image.
• Designs and monitors programs to improve living standards including Hajj, youth development, subsidized education, donations and sports.
• Monitors and assesses CSR initiatives to ensure positive impact on environment, workplace, community and culture issues.
• Assists in timely and accurate reports to meet department requirements and standards.
• Complies with safety, quality and environmental policies to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Job description

• To develop plans and manage the implementation of sustainable activities and programs that have social and economic impact on the community to maintain long-term relationships with various local authorities to participate in their welfare programs that would contribute to sustainable growth of the community.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
• Participates in developing Riyad Bank Community Service strategy, plans, initiatives and associated budget ensuring alignment with other marketing functions and Riyad Bank overall objectives
• Develops CSR publicity plan in cooperation with Head of Community Service to ensure consistency of the bank’s identity as champion and supportive of community civic and economic advancement
• Plans and executes the economic development initiatives of the communities where Riyad Bank operates via grants, community service, voluntary programs, etc. to enhance the bank’s image
• Designs and monitors programs to improve the living standards of citizens and their families including Hajj, youth development, subsidized education, donations and sports to promote Riyad Bank’s message
• Monitors and assesses CSR initiatives to ensure the positive impact of all programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and culture issues that will deliver agreed CSR targets
• Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
• Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Riyad Bank to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed

6-8 years relevant experience in community service / Community Service role
