Job summary

ACWA POWER is seeking a CCR Operator to monitor and control power and water units from the control room in Shigri, Tabuk. You will ensure steady state operations and meet production targets following ACWA NOMAC work instructions and HSSE standards.

Responsibilities include operating plants via DCS/SCADA, maintaining logs, performing shift handovers, and applying safety procedures. A Technical Diploma in engineering and 3–5 years in control room ops are required.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in engineering required.
• 3–5 years of control room operations experience in Power/Water units.
• Knowledge of DCS, SCADA and PLC and plant processes.
• Strong HSE and quality standards adherence.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the assigned unit from the control panel per procedures and adjust conditions.
• Maintain logs and handover records for seamless shift transitions.
• Monitor system abnormalities and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate Lock Out & Tag Out during maintenance per permits.
• Provide on-the-job training to junior team members.
