Contract Specialist
Hatch, in partnership withMa'aden, is delivering major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking aContract Specialistto support the development, negotiation, and administration of contracts for EPCM projects, ensuring commercial effectiveness and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support contracting strategies and tendering activities for EPCM projects.
Prepare, review, negotiate, and administer construction and service contracts.
Managebidderprequalification, bid evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
Coordinate contract changes, variations, claims, and closeout activities.
Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
Maintain contract records, reporting, and contract management systems.
Work closely with procurement, legal, project controls, and project teams to manage contractual risks and commercial matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, ora relateddiscipline.
over 5 years of experince in contracts managment.
Experience in EPCM, mining, industrial, or major capital projects.
Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
Knowledge of commercial terms, contract risk management, and procurement processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Additionallegal or commercial qualifications.
Experience with FIDIC and other industry-standard contract forms.
Knowledge of Saudi contracting practices and local content requirements.
Arabic language skills are an asset.
