Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Riyadh is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support EPCM project procurement across mining and infrastructure.

You will coordinate RFQs, supplier communications, bid documentation, and purchase orders, while maintaining logs and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Ideal candidates have a degree in a related field, 3–5 years of procurement experience, and familiarity with SAP/Oracle.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in procurement or supply chain on EPCM/mining/construction projects.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Hatch, in partnership with Ma'aden, is delivering major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support procurement activities across EPCM projects, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with project requirements and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement planning and execution for EPCM projects.
• Coordinate RFQs, supplier communications, bid documentation, and purchase orders.
• Maintain procurement logs, supplier databases, and procurement reports.
• Track supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and procurement milestones.
• Support bid evaluations, commercial reviews, and supplier selection processes.
• Coordinate with engineering, project controls, logistics, and project teams.
• Monitor procurement risks, delivery issues, and escalation items.
• Ensure procurement documentation complies with project procedures and governance requirements.
• Support contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in EPCM, mining, construction, or industrial projects.
• Understanding of procurement processes, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Saudi market practices and local content requirements is an asset.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
