Job summary

Asmacs Contracting Est. is seeking a dynamic Business Development Sales professional in Riyadh to drive revenue and margins in the Saudi market. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and manage end-to-end negotiations with contractors, consultants, developers and end users.

Responsibilities include building a strong sales pipeline, coordinating with the projects team, and guiding proposals, tenders, and handovers to ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development in fit-out or construction.
• Strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end clients in Saudi Arabia.
• Solid understanding of project-based B2B sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Saudi market.
• Generate leads and proactively approach potential clients (contractors, consultants, developers, end users).
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support the closing of projects.
• Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.
• Coordinate with projects team during handover after award.
