Job summary

Asmacs Contracting Est. in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to prepare detailed cost estimates for civil projects, analyze drawings and specifications, and ensure accuracy against budgets.

You will conduct feasibility studies, manage procurement with suppliers, track expenditures, and report progress to stakeholders to keep projects aligned with forecasts and schedules. A relevant degree and professional membership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Membership in RICS or AIQS demonstrates commitment to industry standards.
• Minimum of 5 years of civil quantity surveying experience, preferably in infrastructure or construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess viability and financial risk.
