Job summary

Perini Management Services, Inc. seeks a skilled Quality Control Manager for a Tabuk, Saudi Arabia project. You will implement and maintain the QC plan, review shop drawings, perform inspections, and coordinate QA with the Owner’s Representative.

The role requires a four-year degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, and at least five years’ QC/QA experience on Design-Build projects. Fluency in English and relocation to Tabuk are mandatory; USACE CQM certification is

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering, architecture or construction management.
• At least five years' experience as a Construction Quality Control Manager.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Relocation to Tabuk, Saudi Arabia is required.
• USACE CQM for Contractors certification is completed and active.
• Experience with Federal Government Clients; US Army Corps of Engineers projects preferred.
• PE or EIT certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the approved Contractor Quality Control Plan including responsibility for all required USACE Three-Phase Preparatory Meetings, Initial and Follow-Up inspections.
• Develop understanding/working knowledge of the company quality control program, industry standards, procedures, etc.
• Manage and review shop drawings and product submittal process.
• Perform quality control inspections and witness tests to determine acceptability of work.
• Schedule and coordinate Quality Assurance inspectors with Owner’s Representative.
• Assist in maintaining work performance records, inspection records and other related items.
• Assist in preparation/implementation of quality control procedures, i.e., inspection instructions, control measuring and test equipment.
• Participate in internal/external quality control audits.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and workforce reports.
• Inspect and inventory material shipments for compliance.
• Ensure progress by proactively addressing Quality Control issues.
• Coordinate and schedule third-party inspectors/inspections.

As a Quality Control Manager at Perini Management Services, reporting to the Project Manager , you will have the opportunity to:

Requirements:

Experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance on multiple Design-Build Projects

Hold a four (4) year degree in engineering, architecture or construction management.

Have at least five years’ experience as a Construction Quality Control Manager.

Be capable of writing, reading and conversing fluently in the English language.

Relocation to Tabuk, Saudi Arabia is required.

Have completed the USACE CQM for Contractors course and hold an active certificate.

Experience with Federal Government Clients required. Experience on U.S. Army Corps of Engineer projects preferred.

PE or EIT certification is considered advantageous.
