• Drive a zero incidents safety culture enforcing PTW systems, toolbox talks, and HSE guidelines.
• Track daily field progress against the master timeline and clear bottlenecks to prevent delays.
• Lead multidisciplinary site teams and coordinate subcontractors to ensure smooth sequencing of work.

Team Subcontractor Oversight

Lead multidisciplinary site teams Civil Mechanical E I Piping and coordinate specialty subcontractors to ensure smooth sequencing of work 1 2
