Eram Talent seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead critical civil and mechanical installation phases on major Saudi Aramco projects in the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will manage local and international subcontractors, ensure safety and quality per SAES, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget, while coordinating with client teams and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience on Saudi Aramco projects as Construction Manager or senior site lead.
• Experience in heavy civil works and complex installations in oil & gas or heavy industry.
• Proven ability to manage diverse subcontractors and ensure safety compliance with SAES.

Eram Talent is actively seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager on behalf of a prestigious client operating in the Saudi Arabian oil and gas sector Our client requires a seasoned leader to oversee critical construction phases on major Saudi Aramco projects The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in civil construction and mechanical equipment installation works coupled with a proven ability to manage both local and international subcontractors effectively Candidates bringing successful execution experience in Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation Plant GOSP projects will be highly prioritized for this role

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution amp Site Management Direct and oversee all daily construction activities on the client s site focusing heavily on civil engineering and installation works Ensure all construction phases are completed on schedule within budget and in strict compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards SAES.
• Subcontractor Management Actively manage evaluate and coordinate with a diverse network of international and local subcontractors on behalf of the client Ensure subcontractors are fully aligned with project deliverables schedules and stringent safety mandates.
• Quality amp Safety Assurance Champion a zero-incident safety culture ensuring total compliance with Saudi Aramco s safety protocols e g work permit systems GI requirements Collaborate with QA QC teams to guarantee that all civil and installation works pass client inspections and meet all contractual quality benchmarks.
• Planning amp Reporting Review and approve construction methodologies project schedules and resource allocation plans Provide regular detailed progress reports to the project leadership and client representatives mitigating risks and resolving site bottlenecks promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Extensive, verifiable experience working directly on Saudi Aramco projects as a Construction Manager or in a senior site leadership capacity.
• Solid, hands-on experience managing heavy civil works and complex installation phases in the oil & gas or heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully integrating, managing, and driving performance from a mixed portfolio of subcontractors.
• Deep understanding of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, and safety regulations.
• GOSP Experience: Candidates with a successful track record in the execution and delivery of Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation projects will be given absolute priority during the shortlisting process.
• PMP, OSHA, or specific Aramco approvals (e.g., a previously approved Aramco SAP number) are a distinct advantage.
