Job summary

MAIRE seeks a Site Construction Manager for a flagship Aramco mega-project in Safaniya, Saudi Arabia. Lead large, multicultural teams and oversee all site activities to meet HSE, schedule, cost and quality targets.

Ideal candidates will have extensive EPC leadership experience on Aramco projects, strong interfaces with contractors and a proven ability to drive complex site operations under demanding conditions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Site Construction Manager or equivalent on major EPC projects.
• Proven delivery on Saudi Aramco projects with strong HSE awareness.
• Leadership of large multicultural construction organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site performances, focusing on HSE, quality, duration and costs.
• Manage construction and site management in line with project guidelines.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Site Construction Manager to join one of MAIRE's most strategic Saudi Aramco mega-projects in Safaniya, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is designed for highly accomplished construction leaders who have built their careers delivering major EPC projects for Saudi Aramco and who can successfully manage large-scale site operations in demanding environments.

We are specifically looking for candidates with:

• Extensive experience as Site Construction Manager, Site Manager, Construction Director or equivalent on major EPC projects.


• Proven delivery experience on Saudi Aramco projects.


• Strong and recent experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


• Demonstrated leadership of large multicultural construction organizations.


• Experience managing major EPC contractors, subcontractors and site interfaces.


• Deep understanding of Saudi Aramco standards, procedures, work processes, and HSE requirements.


• Previous involvement in mega-projects within:

Reportfunctionally to the Project Manager and hierarchically to the ConstructionDepartment Manager.

Representthe Company towards Client and Subcontractor at Site and, whenever necessary,local Authorities.

Managesall site activities and ensures the Responsible of the Project forconstruction and site management, in compliance with HSE, time schedules,costs and quality, managing the allocated resources in agreement with the therespective Departments.

Activities and main responsibilities

Overseethe performances of the personnel and of the site activities, in particularin terms of HSE performance, quality, duration and costs of construction.

EnsuresProject's responsibilities for construction and site management, incompliance with HSE, time schedules, costs and quality, managing theallocated resources in agreement with the respective Departments guaranteeingthe full implementation of all the Legal Requirements.

Ensurethe implementation at site of the Group HSE policy, HSE management system andrelated performance objectives and targets.

Managethe contract with Client according to the Project Manager's guidelines.

Managesite subcontracts through site management personnel.

Organizeand develop procurement activities for materials that has to be purchasedlocally;

Guaranteecontinuity between the completion of Construction and pre-commissioning tooptimize Project schedule timing;

Establishand check reporting for Head Office and, according to the Project Manager'sdirectives, to Client;

Organizeany valuable action to prevent interruptions to erection activities, toreduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels.

Preparethe Site final report.
