Job summary

Eram Talent seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead critical civil and mechanical installation phases on major Saudi Aramco projects in the oil and gas sector in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will manage local and international subcontractors, ensure safety and quality per SAES, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget, while coordinating with client teams and site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience on Saudi Aramco projects as Construction Manager or senior site lead.
• Experience in heavy civil works and complex installations in oil & gas or heavy industry.
• Proven ability to manage diverse subcontractors and ensure safety compliance with SAES.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily construction activities on site with focus on civil and installation works.
• Manage international and local subcontractors to align with schedules and safety requirements.
• Champion zero-incident safety culture and ensure QA/QC alignment with client inspections.
• Review methodologies, schedules, resources and provide progress reports to leadership.
