Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking a Project Engineer – Civil Execution with 5–10 years of experience, focusing on project execution for Saudi Aramco projects and adherence to SAEP, SAMS, and SAES standards. The role requires strong site coordination and a track record in civil construction activities.

The ideal candidate will supervise foundations, concrete and structural works, earthworks, roads, and related civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience after degree completion.
• Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.
• Recent experience with SAEP, SAMS and SAES is mandatory.
• Experience managing civil execution activities as a Project Engineer.
• Strong site execution, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate civil engineering and project execution activities from site.
• Supervise foundations, concrete works, structural works, earthworks, roads, and related civil works.
• Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality requirements, and Saudi Aramco standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineering teams, vendors, and client representatives.
• Review civil drawings, method statements, material submittals, ITPs, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, resources, and construction schedules.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, RFIs, site queries, and construction-related problems.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance.
• Ensure all civil works comply with applicable SAEP, SAMS, SAES, project specifications, and approved procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in project coordination and progress meetings.
• Support project planning, execution, commissioning, and handover activities as required.
