Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee delivery across assets, packages and sites within the business unit. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications in engineering, construction, PM, quantity surveying or built environment institutes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery activities across assets, projects, packages or site areas within the BU.
• Review construction readiness inputs (design, procurement, permits, logistics, submissions, site access).
• Ensure delivery aligns with approved design, schedule, budget, quality, governance, HSE and project requirements.
• Evaluate readiness inputs to identify gaps, risks, dependencies or issues needing clarification.
• Monitor site progress, sequencing, critical path, workforce deployment and delivery constraints.
• Review site reports, inspection records, and non-conformance/corrective actions.
• Ensure contractor and consultant activities meet contractual expectations, HSE controls and quality standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, defect close-out and handover readiness with stakeholders.
• Develop project delivery trackers, progress summaries and reporting inputs for management review.
• Supervise team members or project support resources to ensure timely outputs.
