Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Director of Construction Management to lead planning, execution and delivery of major projects in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

The role requires 12–15 years in construction with at least 5 years in leadership, experience on large-scale mixed-use or mega-development projects, and deep knowledge of contracts, controls, scheduling and cost

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in construction and project delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, infrastructure, real estate, or mega-development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, scheduling, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the construction management function across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies, methodologies, and delivery plans.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk management activities.
• Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and direction to multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, progress reports, and change requests.
• Coordinate with design, development, procurement, and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impact on delivery.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with internal departments, government entities, contractors, and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in construction management.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations on project performance, key risks, and strategic decisions.
