Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in construction management for large-scale infrastructure or mega developments.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and complex programs.
• Strong knowledge of methods, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of large-scale construction projects from mobilization to handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants and site supervision teams to achieve delivery objectives.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, regulations, and HSE policies.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and operations for seamless delivery.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive value engineering and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Prepare executive reports for senior leadership.
