Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee delivery across multiple assets and packages in our ongoing development program. The role requires ensuring construction readiness inputs are complete and aligned with approved design, schedule, budget, quality, governance and HSE requirements.

The successful candidate will monitor site progress, assess risks, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and drive testing, commissioning and handover readiness

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience analyzing operations data to support decision-making and process improvements.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality in deliverables and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery activities across assets, projects, packages or site areas.
• Review construction readiness inputs (design, procurement, permits, logistics, technical submissions, site access).
• Ensure delivery activities align with design, schedule, budget, quality, governance, HSE and project requirements.
• Monitor site progress, sequencing, critical path, workforce deployment and delivery constraints.
• Review site reports, inspections, non-conformance records and corrective actions.
• Ensure contractor/consultant activities meet contractual, HSE and quality standards.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover readiness and completion evidence with stakeholders.
• Develop project delivery trackers, progress summaries and dashboards.
