Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks an experienced leader to drive project delivery and construction readiness across multiple assets and sites. You will review design information, procurement status, permits and logistics, ensuring alignment with approved schedules, budgets, quality standards and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees are advantageous and preferred for senior roles.
• Professional certifications or memberships with recognized institutes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery activities across assets, projects, packages or sites within the BU.
• Review construction readiness inputs including design info, procurement, permits and logistics.
• Ensure deliveries align with design, schedule, budget, quality and governance requirements.
• Evaluate readiness inputs to identify gaps, risks or issues needing clarification.
• Monitor site progress, sequencing, critical path, workforce deployment and delivery constraints.
• Review site reports, submissions and non-conformance records for risks or quality concerns.
• Ensure activities comply with specifications, Qiddiya standards, regulatory requirements and governance.
• Follow up on site issues, quality observations and corrective actions with teams.
• Monitor contractor/consultant performance; review progress, HSE records and permits.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover readiness and completion evidence.
• Manage interfaces across design, commercial, controls, procurement, ops and assets.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, organized and traceable for management review.
• Supervise team members to ensure timely and accurate outputs.
