Job summary

The Red Sea Development Company is seeking a Concierge for AMAALA Yacht Club to deliver exceptional guest service and discreet experiences for members and visitors, blending hospitality with local knowledge across land and sea.

You will coordinate bespoke services, liaise with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, and Security to ensure seamless luxury experiences, while maintaining CRM records and promoting sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm professional and engaging welcome to all members and guests upon arrival using guests' names and creating warm and welcoming first impression.
• Serve as the main point of contact for guest requests, reservations and information regarding club amenities, events and local attractions anticipating guest needs for tailored experiences.
• Coordinate personalized itineraries and experiences, including dining, transportation, leisure and entertainment arrangements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of yacht services, marina facilities and local destinations relevant to the AMAALA region.
• Liaise with internal departments, Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa and Security to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Support VIP and VVIP arrivals with discretion and professional demeanor.
• Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the CRM system for future visits.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and luxury lifestyle experiences aligned with Red Sea Global s brand standards.
• Coordinate external vendors, chauffeurs, florists, luxury transport and local guides ensuring quality and confidentiality.
• Uphold club policies, privacy standards and safety procedures.
