Job summary

Dallah Albaraka Company seeks an experienced senior manager to drive strategic objectives and oversee the related department functions. You will lead budgeting, performance monitoring, and process improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards across the section.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized business school.
• At least 12 years of related experience, including at least 6 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and recommends the related area s budget by preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as directed.
• Monitors the financial performance of the related section against budgets so that areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified and rectified promptly and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalised upon.
• Manages the effective achievement of company department function objectives by setting individual targets developing and motivating staff in order to maximize subordinate s performance.
• Stimulates subordinates and contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems processes and practices taking into account international best practice cost reduction and productivity improvement.
• Manages the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company department function and department requirements policies and standards.
• Ensures compliance to all relevant safety quality and environmental management policies procedures and controls across the section in order to guarantee employee safety legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Develops and maintains mutual beneficial relationships and co-operations with various organizations and partners in order to promote Dallah s business priorities.
• Liaises internally in Dallah so as to successfully align and integrate it s different operations.
• Contributes to the development and establishment of Dallah s corporate culture.
