Job summary

Dallah Albaraka is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support standard engineering assignments, optimise production maintenance and manage costs in Jeddah. The role requires 2–4 years of related experience and a Bachelor degree in Engineering.

The incumbent will follow O&M policies, monitor performance, and provide technical coaching to teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering required.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard engineering assignments to optimise production maintenance and control costs.
• Follow all Operations and Maintenance policies and SOPs for consistency.
• Execute day-to-day operations to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
• Monitor system performance after modifications or maintenance tasks.
• Track maintenance faults and defects and escalate as needed to maintain operations.
• Analyze component durability and failure trends to prepare preventive maintenance plans.
• Provide guidance and coaching to technical and operations teams.
• Record and respond to operational problems and ensure timely rectification.
• Ensure compliance of operations with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• The jobs in this level are responsible for performing standard engineering assignments to solve problems and conduct operational studies and researches to optimise the production maintenance process and manage the cost of the operations
• Follows all relevant Operations and Maintenance policies processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Implements the day-to-day operations assigned for the Operations and Maintenance to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures
• Monitors system performance and function after accomplishment of any recommended modification maintenance task or significant events and special assignment
• Monitors all maintenance faults malfunctions defects deferred defects and other occurrences which could affect the continuing operations
• Analyses components durability and failure trends and prepare preventive maintenance plans Or analyze process and requirements and prepare operation plans
• Provides technical guidance and coaching and support for technical or operation teams to ensure individuals are equipped with the necessary skills
• Monitors the operating conditions identifying and responding appropriately to problems allocating or escalating them as necessary and monitor and record their rectification
• Ensures compliances of operations under own supervision with the industry standards and requirements or regulating authorities
