Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field; postgraduate preferred.
• Professional accreditations in real estate management or facilities management are highly regarded.
• Extensive senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability for large-scale assets (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s single point of contact for all operational, financial, and strategic matters relating to the compound.
• Develop and implement annual Property Operating Plans aligned with the client’s objectives.
• Maintain proactive communication with leadership through monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
• Oversee leasing, financial administration, resident services, and community engagement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field

Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) in Real Estate, Property/Asset Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
