Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a senior real estate consulting leader for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will own senior client relationships, shape advisory engagements, and guide feasibility and market studies across asset classes.

The role requires a strong track record in major mandates, robust financial modelling and the ability to defend assumptions with clients. You will work with senior decision-makers, shape growth strategy for the KSA market, and lead a high-performing

Qualifications

Substantial senior experience in real estate consulting or advisory in KSA or Gulf.
Proven ability to win and lead major advisory mandates and client relationships.
Strong financial modelling skills and ability to defend assumptions.
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Win and grow business by building a pipeline of fee-earning mandates with government entities, giga-project developers and private developers.
Lead delivery with accountability for quality, rigour and timeliness of engagements; oversee financial modelling and challenge assumptions.
Set direction by interpreting macro-economic shifts and defining growth strategy for the KSA market; position JLL as a knowledge source.
Build the team by defining required capabilities, recruiting and coaching consultants, and fostering a client-first culture.
