Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Compound Manager/General Manager to lead the operation of a large-scale mixed-use compound in Riyadh, covering residential units and extensive amenities. You will drive strategy, governance, and performance against KPIs, while liaising with the client and stakeholders to ensure premium service levels.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business administration, real estate, property or facilities management, or related field.
• Postgraduate degree (MBA/MSc) preferred for strategic/operational leadership.
• Professional accreditations such as MRICS, CIH, CPM, CFM, CCIM/CRE are valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and strategic planning for the compound.
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, and procurement with governance compliance.
• Drive occupancy targets (95%+) and maintain high resident satisfaction (NPS).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across leasing, finance, operations, and Cx.
