Roche Saudi Arabia is seeking a proactive Sales Operations professional to act as a commercial partner to the Saudi sales team, handling contract governance, order validation, and cross-functional coordination with supply chain and customer relations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

You will use Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce) and bring 2–4 years of experience in sales operations or contract management, with fluent Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, commercial administration, or contract management.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
• Strong organizational skills, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Draft standard customer contracts, master service agreements and addendums; manage contract archive and signatures.
• Prepare official commercial offers and quotation packages; verify shelf-life and BPM items and assist billing with orders.
• Support in customer interactions including meeting logistics for negotiations and workshops.
